Who you're buying from

Good Sheets is a trading name of Mark Hawley, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, at [your address]. Not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on these prices. You can reach us at .

The spreadsheets are produced by a qualified accountant and licensed to us. We are the seller; any question about your order comes to us, not to them.

What you're buying

A spreadsheet template, supplied as a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file and, where the product page says so, a Google Sheets version you copy into your own Google Drive. You are buying a licence to use the template. You are not buying ownership of it.

What you may do with it

• Use it for your own affairs, or for the business you work in.
• Copy and adapt it for that use.
• If you are an accountant or bookkeeper, use it in the work you do for your own clients — including across as many clients as you like.

What you may not do:

• Resell, sublicense or distribute the template, adapted or otherwise.
• Share your download links, or the Google Sheets master, outside your business.
• Publish it anywhere other people can download it.

Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include everything you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your card statement will show GOODSHEETS.CO.UK.

Delivery

Your download links appear on screen as soon as payment clears, and are emailed to the address you give at checkout. Links expire after 14 days, so save the files somewhere safe. If a link fails or expires, email us and we'll send a fresh one at no charge — that isn't a favour, you bought the file.

Cancellation

Because these are digital downloads supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that supply begins straight away and that you therefore lose the statutory right to cancel once you download. This is set out in full on our refunds page, along with the situations where you can still get your money back.

These are tools, not advice

The templates help you organise your own figures. They are not tax, accounting or legal advice, and buying one does not create a professional relationship between us. Tax rates, thresholds and rules change, and your circumstances may not match a template's assumptions. You remain responsible for everything you submit to HMRC. Check anything material with a qualified accountant.

Our liability

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our total liability for any claim connected with a product is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for tax, penalties or interest arising from figures you calculate or file.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England and Wales.
